CAD Draftsman

We are seeking an experienced CAD Draftsman to join our Retail Coordination Team in Macau, based in Cotai. The successful candidate will be responsible to assist our Retail Coordination Team, ensuring the effective delivery of our Client’s shopping mall project.

Summary of this position:

To assist Retailers to amend/ re-draft designer drawings to comply with Macau local/ IBC according to designers’ / consultants comments.

Job Description and Role Summary

The Key duties of this post are as follows:

·         To produce, review, comment and or update Retailer CAD drawings and 3D renderings as assigned by the Client.

·         To maintain CAD and 3D files in a library.

·         Assist the Retail Coordination Team with any relevant CAD requests.

·         Manage assigned projects to completion within agreed timelines.

Key Requirement:

We are looking for candidates with the following requirement and experience:

·         Degree/ Diploma holder in Architecture/ Design or equivalent;

·         Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;

·         Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D. Knowledge in Photoshop would be an advantage;

·         Possess strong coordination & communication skills
