CAD Draftsman

We are seeking an experienced CAD Draftsman to join our project management team in Macau. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a professional and challenging environment with one of our prestigious clients and an International Consulting team. This position is based in Macau.

Summary of Position:

To facilitate, produce, review, comment and/or update any Retailer drawing packs for the successful submission to Macau Government.

Job Description and Role Summary

The Key duties of this post are as follows:

·         To produce, review, comment and or update Retailer CAD drawings and 3D renderings as assigned by the client.

·         To maintain CAD and 3D files in a library.

·         Assist the project team with any relevant CAD requests.

·         Manage assigned projects to completion within agreed timelines.

Key Requirement:

We are looking for candidates with the following requirement and experience:

-          Diploma or Certificate holder in Interior Design / Building Studies / Architectural Studies or related disciplines

-          At least 3 years’ experience in interior design

-          Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop,

-          Familiar with architectural materials and furnishings and applications in Interior Design

-          Able to work in a team and individually with strong sense of responsibility

-          Good interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills 

-          Macau ID card holder is preferred

-          Immediate available is preferred
