工作職責
- 與各部門/分行緊密聯繫及與之建立良好關係，處理同事有關人力資源守則之查詢
- 協助籌辦各類員工活動及培訓
- 監督薪酬與福利職能，確保薪酬、社保及公積金計算的準確性，處理稅務表等政府文件
- 制定招聘策略並負責整個招聘流程，包括招聘本地及外地人員、面試甄選、處理工作簽證及新員工入職安
- 維持人力資源部日常運作
任職條件 - 良好溝通能力及人際關係技巧
- 能獨立處理部門日常運作，並對數字敏感
- 熟悉澳門勞動關係法等相關法例，精於Excel者更佳
- 6年或以上人力資源經驗, 曾任職於銀行或具行政部經驗者優先考慮
- 大學相關學歷, 持人力資源學位者優先考慮
