| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities- Manage and develop the departmental strategic plans, policies, procedures, standards and tools
- Lead the team to grow and maximize the revenue potential of corporate clients by exploring new business opportunities and selling corporate financial services proactively
- Maintain and develop corporate loan portfolios and to supervise commercial banking related services and activities
- Cross-sell the corporate financial products and to increase its deposit base
- Motivate, drive and guide the team members to achieve business targets in line with departmental target and strategies
- Prepare standing policies and procedures required to ensure compliance with orders or regulations issued by duly constituted government agencies
Requirements - Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial lending and trade financing, and at least 3 years managerial level
- Well versed with the principles of commercial credit and corporate lending policies and standards
- Strong leadership capability and management skills
- Resourceful with strong market network in Macau preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
