- 管理及拓展商業信貸業務，並監管有關商業信貸的一切工作或活動
- 根據部門的方針及策略，推動、鼓勵及帶領團隊達成業務目標
- 制定長遠的政策及指引以確保部門的一切運作符合相關法規及條例
任職條件:
- 大學畢業或以上，具行政管理或相關專業學位
- 十年或以上商業信貸及貿易融資經驗，及三年或以上部門管理經驗
- 熟悉商業信貸的原理、企業融資政策及標準
- 優秀領導才能及管理技巧
- 於本澳具豐富資源及網絡優先
- 流利中、英文口語溝通及書寫表達能力
