Job title: VIPs Executive

Reports to: VIPs Shift Manager

Job purpose

  • Performs daily transaction and processes related work in support of daily operations
  • Provides customer services support that achieves quality and customer services goals.

Duties and responsibilities

Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

  • Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld standards or relavant industry standards during all aspects of work
  • Ensures all employees adhere to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules and Regulations at all times

General Job Functions

  • Greets VIP customers at the main entrance of the VIP Hall when they arrive and bids them farewell as they leave;
  • Coordinates with F&B and Front Office including room, transport, and F&B to lead to successful delivery of pre-trip itinerary; leveraging partnerships throughout the property (Hotel, F&B, etc.) to maximize smooth, high end service delivery to VIP customers;
  • Answers any question VIP customers may have as well as to do whatever they can to make sure these special customers feel welcome;
  • Coordinates between junkets tour operators and different departments to ensure a smooth cooperation flow in serving VIP customers;
  • Reports any problem or perceived guest inconvenience to manager;
  • Be knowledgeable of property, product, promotion and events;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
