Duties
and responsibilities
1. Planning, scheduling, designing, and executing of FIT-OUT projects to meet
requirement of
budget and time constraints.
2. Provides assurance of successful execution of projects and compliance with
project
specifications.
3. Coordinates projects with contractors, brand principle and landlord
4. Maintains close working relationship and good communications with the user
group for each
project.
5. Complies with procurement policies and guidelines.
6. Administrating and maintaining entire project information.
8. Working on project coordination and on site supervision independently
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in Engineering,
Architecture, Project management or a related field
- at least 8 years of work related experience and 4 years on Management level
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics
1. Proficient in AUTOCAD, drawing software, MS Office and MS project
2. Ability to work in multitask and to prioritize
3. Excellent organizational, coordination, communication and Leadership skills
4. Computer literacy and ability to read and understand architectural &
engineering drawings
and specifications
5. Good analytical capability and problem solving skills
6. Proficiency with office automation tools and facilities management systems
7. Independent, responsible, self-motivated, positive attitude, willing to
learn and work in team
8. Experience of project management in Casino / Hotel Resort/retail development
or construction will be preferred
