Responsibilities:
1. Assist
in training need analysis of front-line and office staff
2. Consolidate
materials of new courses under existing training curriculum
3. Execute field work in shops to evaluate front-line
staff’s performance
4. Coordinate
with internal departments and sales team for arranging brand trainings to
front-line staff
5. Consolidate eligible trainees list to identify
the training demand and smoothen enrolment progress
6. Prepare
training hand-outs, materials, tools and samples before training classes
7. Monitor the monthly training schedule and ensure
its feasibility
Requirements:
1. Degree holder
2. 2-3 years’ solid experience or above on training or administration,
preferably in retail industry, beauty / luxury brands
3. Good presentation and communication skills
4. Service oriented, mature, independent
and creative
5. Energetic and passionate
6. Good command of both written & spoken English and Mandarin
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
