Job title: Head of Workforce Planning

Department: Group Human Resources

Reports to: Head of Compensation & Benefits

Job purpose

Oversees and manages a team of 30+ staff and the overall scheduling, reporting, tracking, and monitoring of monthly roster, attendance, leave, personnel related issues and forms associated with Virtual Roster / ESS for 5000+ staff.

Duties and responsibilities

Monitor and Oversee Financial Management of the Department

  • Supervises deployment department to ensure that house rules are followed and that employees provide prompt and courteous service;
  • Ensures deployment department adheres to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules and Regulations at all times.

Manage the Staff

  • Orients and develops staff to meet standard performance;
  • Instills discipline, handles and rectifies disputes, meets with staff to identify and resolve problems.

Develop, Plan and Deliver Programs and Services

  • Oversees prepared monthly roster, grouping, and attendance for staff;
  • Approves Annual Leave, Public Holiday, change of off-day, and change of shift for the staff based on level of authorization;
  • Ensures policies and procedures are aligned with time and attendance matters;
  • Facilitates all facets of department scheduling, while also governing team members Time and Attendance using the virtual Roster system;
  • Oversees each Workforce planner on all aspects of Virtual Roster, and will be required to work closely with HOD’s requests as well as companywide requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) with 5 - 10 years related experience and/or training
  • Experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of HODs and executive team
  • Workforce planning experience with Casino and Hospitality industry
