Responsibilities (Sales Service Officer):
· Perform customer service tasks such as new customer registration, voucher sales etc.
· Answer members general enquiry via phone and email
· Identify member needs and seek opportunities to provide value added service
· Assist organizing seminars and events
· Constantly learn internal system and take necessary training in HK and Macau office
· To assist ad hoc duties when required
· Handle general office administration
Requirements (Sales Service Officer):
· 2 years sales or customer service related experience
· College degree is preferred.
· Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese while Mandarin is a plus
· Familiar with MS office (Word, Excel and Chinese word processing)
· Detail oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize workload
· Strong communication skill, good interpersonal skill, self-motivated, self-discipline and strong sense of responsibility
· Energetic, responsive team player with the interest to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
· Immediate available is highly preferred
· ***Less experience will be considered with Sales Service Assistant
