| 按照2008年4月1日澳門理工學院理事會所作的批示，以及根據《澳門理工學院人事章程》之規定，現通過對外公開招聘方式，聘請助理技術員一名：
工作範疇 ：協助學校處理行政事務。
要 求：－澳門永久性居民；
－具初中三(九年級)學歷；
－具文書、行政或電腦操作工作經驗一年或以上；
－操流利粵語或普通話，英語良好；
－良好的中、英文書寫能力；
－熟悉中、英文打字及Microsoft辦公室軟件的應用；
－良好的溝通技巧；
－對工作熱誠及有責任感。
優先條件：－具更高學歷者；
－具學術機構行政工作經驗一年或以上；
－懂葡語；
－具雅思(IELTS)國際英語水平測試(5級或以上)或博思(BULATS)國際職業英語水平(3級或以上)考試證書；
－具普通話水平測試證書(三級乙等或以上)；
－具ISO9001:2000培訓證書。
職程及薪酬：助理技術員，薪俸為《澳門理工學院人事章程》附表II所載，人員組別D-專業技術員，職層5，職等1-2，薪俸195點–230點 (澳門幣$11,505.00–$13,570.00)，具體職等及薪俸須視乎應考人的工作經驗及條件而定。
福 利：可根據本院人事章程享有公積金、醫療、房屋、家庭津貼及培訓資助等福利。
聘用方式：可續性有限期之個人勞動合同。
甄選方法：履歷評審得分前30名之應聘者可進入筆試，綜合履歷及筆試成績得分前8名之應聘者才可進入面試。進入面試者之最終評分計算比例為：履歷評審佔20%，筆試佔40%，面試佔40%。
應聘者請親函附以下必要文件：1. 應徵信、個人履歷及一吋半近照；2. 有效之澳門永久性居民身份證副本；3. 學歷證明文件及成績單副本、培訓課程/語言能力測試證書；4. 相關工作經驗證明文件副本。應聘者請於信封面及函內註明應徵職位，於2008年5 月5 日前寄交澳門郵箱286號或澳門高美士街澳門理工學院人事處收，如於2008年8 月31日後尚未接到本院的回覆，則視為未獲資格進入應聘測試程序。文件不齊者，恕不受理。
