| Position Requirement: |
| 工作範疇： 協助部長處理行政事務。
必要條件： 澳門永久性居民；
高中畢業；
具有兩年行政工作經驗；
具備良好的溝通技巧，操流利的英語及普通話；
掌握MS OFFICE軟件及中文輸入法。
優先考慮條件： 具有高等專科學位或以上；
具備擔任秘書的相關工作經驗或具有秘書培訓證書；
了解公職法律制度；
懂得葡語；
具有雅思(IELTS)國際英語水平測試或博思(BULATS)國際職業英語水
平考試證書；
具有普通話水平測試證書；
具有ISO9001:2000培訓證書。
薪酬及福利：薪俸點260點(澳門幣$14,300.00) 並享有本院人事章程所提供之福利；半年試用期滿合格可享有50點的秘書津貼。
聘用方式： 以可續性有限期之個人勞動合同形式聘用。
甄選方法： 經履歷評審，得分前50名者可進入筆試；綜合履歷及筆試成績前6名者可進入面試。進入面試者之最終評分計算比例為﹕履歷評審佔30%，筆試佔40%，面試佔30%。
有意者請親函附以下必要文件:應徵信及個人履歷、有效之澳門永久性居民身份證副本、學歷證明文件副本、成績表/單副本及相關工作經驗證明文件副本，並請於信封面及函內註明應徵職位，於2007年5月18日前寄交澳門郵箱286號或澳門高美士街澳門理工學院人事處收，如於2007年8月31日後尚未接到本院的回覆，則視為未獲資格進入應聘測試程序。文件不齊者，恕不受理。
