Position Requirement:

Human Resources Officer/Specialist

Responsibilities

Ø  Maintains payroll information by calculation, and entering of data, perform monthly payout computation verification, including salary, overtime, allowances, benefits and statutory payments and payroll reports preparation

Ø  Assist and support the HR department as needed on Compensation and Benefit related matters

Ø  Monitoring salary structure and benefits at all times

Ø  Assists with development and deployment of Compensation and Benefits policies and procedures

Ø  Assist with on staffing, onboarding and employee exit process

Ø  Preparing and distributing information to employees

Ø  Responsible for General Administration duties

Ø  Works with Benefit vendors to ensure employee issues are handled in a timely and effective manner

Ø  Coordinate with internal event planning

Ø  Preparation of employee contracts and letters of offer

Ø  Involve in carrying out HR operations assignment as and when assigned

Requirements

Ø  Minimum of 3 years of working experience in HR field

Ø  Bachelor’s Degree Holder/With mainland and labor knowledge is an advantage

Ø  Preferred with experience in a Compensation and Benefits or payroll role and work permit experience

Ø  High proficiency in Microsoft office skills, especially Excel

Ø  Good command of English/Cantonese/Mandarin

Ø  Interest in setting up new units or companies will be considered primarily

Ø  Ability to work independently with little supervision, multi-task and prioritize work schedules

Ø  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills

Ø  Attention to detail

Ø   協助管理年度週期和週年工資,隨著工資結構框架,建立激勵員工制度及短期計劃, 執行每月支付的計算驗證,包括工資,加班費,津貼,福利和法定支出和工資報告編制

Ø   協助及 配合公司整體發展目標, 支緩及協助團隊成  員瞭解發薪政策、程序及勞工事

Ø   負責公司人事管理事務, 包括招聘, 離職, 休假和考勤管理, 薪酬及強積金的計算和管理,

Ø   協肋 辦理非本地員工申請

Ø   準備和分發信息給員工

Ø   與福利提供之质應商保持監督和緊密合作,以確保有效地處理及員福利得到最佳服務

Ø   協調內部活動策劃

Ø   製備員工合同和報價書

Ø   參與開展人力資源操作的任務與分配

要求

Ø   在人力資源領域最少有5年以上的工作經驗

Ø   有學士學位或有內地和本地勞工法知或具有人事工薪酬福利經驗者作優先考慮

Ø   熟練使用Microsoft辦公軟件,尤其Excel

Ø   良好的英語,粵語及普通話

Ø   有興趣建立新單於接受新挑戰者將為本公司之主要考慮因素

Ø   能夠獨立和多任務工作,並優先考慮工作流程

Ø   優良分析和解決問題的能力,溝通和人際關係技巧

Ø   注意細節
