with 15 plus years of major theme park attraction experience. Individual must have experience with Show Sets and Scenic Systems for major projects. Individual shall serve as the lead for Show Sets planning and functional management, providing expertise and guidance to the project teams.
Management of Multiple Efforts :
- Provide leadership, expertise and guidance for multiple technical disciplines, vendors and consultants from design through to operational handover.
- Functional support of discipline managers, vendors and consultants
Scope Development:
- Assist and prepare detailed scopes of work documents that become the basis of contract for fabrication and installation vendors
Contracts:
- Oversee and contribute to the details of technical scope documents related to Show.
Design / Engineering Management:
- Provide guidance in the design and engineering process to insure project goals and objectives are being addressed and met
- Provide guidance in the design and engineering process, insuring compliance to Performance Specifications, EN-13814 and or ASTM-F2291 as well as all Local Codes
Production Planning:
- Provide leadership and guidance in the development of production and fabrication plans.
Production Oversight:
- Provide leadership, guidance and oversight in the production and fabrication efforts
Installation Planning:
- Provide functional guidance and oversight in the coordination and installation of Show Sets
Consistent review and reporting of status to project team and project senior management
Reporting:
- Provide functional expertise in the preparation of documentation, analysis and recommendations required to report project status
