1. Description:
The Human Resources Technician reports to the Head of Human Resources Dragone, Macau, under the supervison of the Human Resources Generalist and will be responsible in assisting both the Head of Human Resources and the Generalist for the operations of the Dragone ‘s permanent show at the City of Dreams Resort in Macau
2. Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible / Accountable
2.1: Working Permit:
· Submit the immigration package to new employee.
· Compile of necessary documents.
· Submit all work permit applications to labor agency/labor bureau.
· Accompany employees to the immigration bureau for finger printing appointments.
2.2: Logistics:
· Inform the Operation Coordinator on the hotel entitlement.
2.3: Employee onboarding:
· Draft of the welcome letter.
· Liaise with Finance for per-diem issue.
· Schedule of the Onboarding appointments with HR, Head of Human Resources and Operation Coordinator.
Administration:
· General administration tasks
· Provide general support in the creation and maintenance of employee records and files.
· Create and update of the emergency envelopes.
· Enter data into HR database.
· Update and maintaining HR Filling System.
· Compile and process both internal & external forms as required.
· Assist and back up on employees’s insurance program
· Staff medical insurance check up arrangment.
· Allocate of Lockers/Staff Cards
· Ad-hoc assignments directed by Head of Human Resources & Human Resources Generalist.
3. Qualifications:
Education
· Certifcate related Human Resources discipline
· University Graduate
Experience
· 1-3 years Human Resources experience
· Familiar with Human Resources procedures
Other Skills
· Fluent in English (Written, Spoken) is required;
· Fluent in Cantonese or a third language is a plus.
