職位要求: |
**Position based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia**
Support hotel application and monitor its performance, resolve
application issues, managing/maintaining hotel systems and address weak
area for improvement.
Duties & responsibilities:
• Attend user calls and ensure IT service level agreement is met;
• Support application related user access rights, change request and incident;
• Maintains technical support document of applications;
• Liaises with vendor for further troubleshooting, patch deployment and enhancement;
• To develop and ensure compliance of IT policy and procedures, both from a hotel basis and corporate standard.
• To ensure any capital expenditure is correctly expended and budgets adhere to.
• To ensure (where possible) potential interruptions to hotel business
are voided or minimized. When carrying out maintenance, ensure as much
as possible that down time occurs outside peak periods, minimizing
impact on service to guests.
• To identify training needs of system users. To ensure correct training
procedures are in place and documented to provide continuity of hotel
knowledge.
• To ensure databases and guest histories are correctly maintained.
• Monitor to ensure system security and integrity
• Ensure adequate system back up is conducted and maintained
• To ensure security of data by allocation of passwords and ensure timely backups are performed, verified and stored.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
• A bachelor's degree in an IT discipline with minimum 3 years’
experience in IT application support. Knowledge in hotel & gaming
application support is an advantage
• Solid understanding of the hospitality business and IT application
such as PMS, Procurement, POS, Accounting System, Call Accounting, Door
Lock etc. Practical understanding of Front Office procedures.
• Knowledge in SUN Infor, Agilysys and ORACLE Hospitality (OPERA) is an added advantage.
Company Benefits:

• 18 days of paid Annual Leave per calendar year;
• Company will provide meal allowance;
Subject to company policies and procedures, as may be amended from time to time, and company will provide medical coverage.
