- 具有良好溝通技巧，操流利廣東話，略懂英語及國語
- 熟悉電腦操作， 如 MS Word, Excel
- 積極主動，活力，熱情主動及服務態度誠懇
- 具備團隊合作精神
- 能夠與客人建立及保持良好關係
