| Position Requirement: |
Sales: Achieve the monthly sales target and sales reduction according to budget.
Expenses Control: Ensure the expenses are controlled in line to the budget.
Business Control: Monitor and review sales results regularly (week, month, quarter, half-yearly and annually).
People Motivation: Manage as a team; motivate shop managers & teams by setting goals, action plans and follow up with positive reinforcement.
Operations: Ensure a smooth retail operations, recommend new procedures when circumstances require.
Brand Exposure: Oversee store in charges on store maintenance issues, in order to ensure store. condition is at its best condition and carefully monitored at all times.
Clientele Development and Customer Service: Follow up with Mystery Shoppers Program’s result. Formulate improvement plans and coach retail team to ensure outstanding customer service standard is delivered.
Retail Network Development: Prepare necessary information to evaluate potential new locations. Analyze existing location for lease renewal, expansion and renovation possibilities.
Inventory Management: Review target stock level based on end customers’ needs/buying trends; Monitor peak/non-peak season inventory level, and provides suggestions on product mix to increase sales.
