Marketing Executive/ Manager

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Promotion: Contribute in developing marketing plans for the
  assigned projects
• Event Planning: Execute various marketing campaigns and events to drive
  business growth
• Media Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with media in order
  to maximize coverage for the publicity campaigns
• Advertising: Work closely with both external advertising agencies and internal
  group communication team to launch marketing campaigns and events
• Website & Social Media: Manage company websites, and social media 
  platforms in accordance with guidelines
• Liaise With Tenants: Liaise with the company’s tenants in regards to marketing
  activities
• Network In Community: Develop and maintain close relationship by networking 
  existing and potential tenants

Qualifications / Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or other related disciplines
• 3+ years marketing experience, related F&B and retail concept in an advantage
• A good team player, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with good oral and written skills in English & Chinese (Cantonese and putonghua)

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive
