前台接待員Receptionist
工作內容: 負責對來訪客人做好接待、登記、引導工作並及時通知被訪人員 負責接聽電話,按要求轉接電話或記錄信息,確保及時準確 有一定的溝通能力,態度積極,具備一定商務禮儀知識 負責公司快遞及郵品的收發工作 負責複印、傳真和打印等設備的使用與管理工作 協助上級完成公司行政事務工作及部門內部日常事務工作 完成上級交辦的臨時工作內容
Responsibilities: Responsible for the reception,
registration, guidance and timely notification of visitors Responsible for
answering calls, transferring calls or recording information as required to
ensure timely and accurate Possess certain
communication skills, positive attitude, and knowledge of business etiquette; Responsible for
company's courier and postal products delivery Responsible for the
use and management of copying, faxing and printing equipment Assist superiors to
complete the company's administrative affairs and internal daily affairs Complete ad hoc work
assigned by superiors.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of administrative or
assistant related work experience Good
Cantonese; Mandarin and English literacy skills Responsible, strong
at communication and coordination skills Outgoing and cautious
personality Familiar with office
software : WORD / EXCEL / PPT and all kinds of office equipment, with basic
network knowledge
