**Position based in Cambodia, Phnom Penh**
With more than 700 luxurious rooms and suites, NagaWorld is one of the largest 5-star hotels and the only luxury premium casino in Cambodia. NagaWorld encompasses most of what travellers need and desire under one roof: 15 Food & Beverage outlets, an all-suite luxury Spa, 8-storey wing dedicated to entertainment and premium Conference and Banqueting facilities.
As the first and best-in-class integrated Hotel entertainment complex in fast-emerging Mekong region, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef de Cuisine to head up our latest upmarket Malaysian restaurant.
Reporting to the Culinary Director and Executive Sous Chef, the Chef de Cuisine will be in charge of culinary operation of a new outlet with the ownership of food production, menu development, food purchase specifications and hygiene standards.
The ideal individual should possess the flair to reinvigorate traditional recipes whilst delivering to the taste buds of the local market. Applicants are also required to be fluent in English, possess five to eight years of operational kitchen experience in a non halal environment and a proven track record in an upmarket café or restaurant.
