Store Operation Assistant
Role Mission
Responsible for assisting in all aspects of the store which consist of the coordination and communication of store operation activities and after sales service issues
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in daily management of store operation to ensure all operational procedures regarding sales, discounts, transfers, stock adjustments, and all policies set forth in the Operations are properly carried out
- Assist in general administrative, filing and data processing duties
- Communicate company policies, memorandum and general information to staff in a clear & concise manner to ensure consistency and standardization
- Handle various department related projects, such as preparation of new store opening, following up the repair and maintenance works for stores and maintenance of CRM records
- Conduct store visits regularly to understand stores’ needs
- Perform duties with efficient time management and in well-organized manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Degree holder in business administration or related disciplines
- Minimum one year of retail operations experience, ideally gained in luxury industry
- Details-driven, self-motivated and adaptive to changes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Good PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Chinese Word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
