Our client, which is a sizable Bank in Macau and is looking for a Product Manager, Corporate Banking to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Execution of the business, marketing and product strategies planning according to customer need and segmentation to achieve sales target for Corporate Banking
• Explore new business opportunities in response to markets and develop treasury products
• Work with relationship managers to provide financing solutions to corporate clients
• Analyze and optimize the product workflow and system enhancement for improving customer experience and reducing operational risk
• Communicate closely with functional parties to define product feasibility in the respect of internal policies & processes, legal & compliance issues.

Requirements

• Degree holder, at least 4 years relevant experience in banking or financial industry
• Familiar with financial policies, corporate banking product and operational processes; understand Macau legal and regulatory requirements is preferred
• Independent, ability to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes with a proactive approach to drive business growth
• Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
