Responsibilities:

• Lead branch staffs to implement sales and business development strategies for achieve branch business targets
• Lead and monitor the standards of service of branch staff to ensure professional customer services
• Enforce established operation procedure to mitigate operational risks and ensure strict sales compliance
• Assist the senior management to set the business strategies planning

• Requirements:
• Degree holder with 8 years branch banking experience, with branch operation concept and management exposure is a must
• Deputy BM, Sales leader or BM experience more preferable
• High market awareness with sound knowledge in retail banking business
• Good leadership, communication and analytical skill
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
