使命：促進門店營業額，在遵守公司有關商業、管理、人事政策的前提下，激勵團隊。
上級直接領導:地區主管
工作任務：
1-銷售
-與地區主管一起制定門店的商業目標，
-提出建議，並和團隊一起採取措施促進營業額。
2-視覺營銷
-保證商業效果，嚴格遵守公司關於櫥窗等各項關於陳列的規定，
-引導門店在最佳時效內完成陳列。
3-管理
-嚴格遵守公司規定的各項工作流程和慣例，為更好滿足商業運營的需求，合理組織門店銷售團隊的工作和排班，
-根據每個員工的特點，合理分配工作，並通過對其工作有效地跟進和公平合理的考核來確保團隊每個成員工作的積極性，使他們最大限度地發揮自己的潛能。
-在需要的情況下，協助區域經理招聘店員
4-門店營運管理
-收銀機操作，
-財務管理，
-控制費用，
-管理和保護庫存。
要求:
-至少三至五年的店長經驗，
-本科學歷（或以上），
-英文或法語說，讀能力好，善於和可以與外籍人士溝通，
-團隊管理經驗。
