The role works locally within Macau, in a team of peers and in close cooperation with the account teams. The core function is to act as Thomson Reuters representatives towards end users in the financial market place. The role will have full responsibility to establish and maintain the relationship to users of Thomson Reuters products. The majority of working time will be spent at client's site. The role requires a pro-active approach with very good undersstanding of clients needs with sound and broad knowledge of Financial Markets theory and practice.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall end user satisfaction with Thomson Reuters among allocated accounts
- Deliver and organise workflow based training sessions to customers and run campaigns according to regional Thomson Reuters Training strategy
- Build strong relationships with end user in client base to enure client retention and increased user of Thomson Reuters' applications within assigned accounts
- Work with Account Teams to manage training in the context of revenue-generating training opportunities and identify new opportunities to grow the business within portfolio of accounts
- Make sure the departmental targets regardsing quantity and quality of training are met for accounts under responsibility
- Consolidate customer feedback regarding product enhancements and to pass it on to the business division
- Keep up to date with development of financial markets and Thomson Reuters product offering in Research & Asset Management
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance or Banking related discipline
- Equivalent work experience preferred, good general knowledge of major financial market practice and theory, a minimum of 1 year experience
- Customer experience in asset management, hedge fund or research is an advantage
- Fluent in English, Cantonese
- Advanced knowledge with MS Excel |
