Responsibilities:

• Lead store teams to achieve sales objectives & standards
• Supervise and motivate staff to provide good customer service
• Monitor performance and provide on-the-job training for store staff 
• Manage inventory in optimum level and stockroom tidiness
• Responsible for visual merchandising to maintain store image and to maximize sales exposure

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in business or related subject
• At least 3 years' store experience in fashion retailing which 1 years at managerial level
• Independent, good communication and analytic skills
• Strategic thinking and self-motivated
• Well organized, able to multi-task & work in a fast pace environment
• Proficient PC skills in MS Office
• Good command of English & Mandarin
