F&B Restaurant Manager
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
• Being a good team leader and managing an effective workplace
• Maintain consistency in team performance to achieve organisation’s standards
• Self motivation and encourage others for team work
• Recruit employees and plan resources distribution according to organization’s requirements
• Deliver the best products and services to customers so as to meet quality and expectations
• Overcome problems and make appropriate adjustments, rectify the potential problems and report promptly
• Create and maintain a safety work environment to the teams
• Develop tranining plans and opportunities for the teams in order to enhance the workplace knowledge
• Maintain reports documentation in accordance with the organisation’s policies and procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Certificate in Hospitality Business Management or equivalent is preferred
• Degree in Hospitality Business Management or Hotel Management is preferred
• Minimum 2 years in management role in F&B
