| The Job
- Selling tickets to customers in our service counters
- Assist customers in choosing the most effective means of travel
between HK & Macao
- Provide courteous service & handle customer enquiries
- Participate in our ferry service promotion activities
The Ideal Candidate should possess
- F5 certification or above
- relevant working experience in retail sales, counter sales or
customer services is a must
- exposure in handling cash and credit card payment system
- knowledge in using Point of Sales system
- good command of English/Cantonese & ideally in Mandarin
- those with more experience will be considered as Ticketing
