Shop Manager/ Counter Manager

Responsibilities :

-Work closely with Retailer's scheduling coordinator to assist in planning duty roster for beauty   advisors to ensure adequate manning at the counter.
-Monitors performanace of beauty advisors, identify areas for development and coach them to improve skills or refer them to training department as and when necessary.
-Monitors beauty advisors and establish good team relationships and maintain harmony amongst the team.
-Drive retail sales at the store level.
-Improve customers experience and team productivity by following sales and service expectations and delivering Signature Services to every customer every day.

Requirements:

-Strong Managerial skills with ability to coach and train.
-Good communication skills.
-Good planning and organizational skills.
-Ability to anticipate problems and think ahead.
-Enjoy working in highly competitive, fast- paced environment. 

Senior Beauty Advisor / Beauty Advisor

Jobs Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service; order taking, processing and any after-sales service
• Meet company’s objectives and sales targets.
• Good command in both English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
• Immediately available preferred
• Knowledge of health / beauty product in an advantage.

Requirements:

• Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates will also be considered
• Provide consultation to existing client and develop new business.
