Radica (MCO) Limited is a subsidiary of Radica Games Limited, which manufactures and markets a diverse line of electronic entertainment products covering multiple business segments - electronic games carrying the Radica and Play TV brand names, and girls' lifestyle electronic carrying the Girl Tech brand name.
We are seeking high caliber candidate in Macau to fill up the vacancy in our Customer Services team. If you are a permanent resident of the Macau SAR with at lease 3 years experience in customer services, merchandising or import/export trading, you are cordially invited to apply for this position.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Handling inquiries from overseas key customer
- Sales order processing
- Monitoring shipment schedule
- Closely liaise with manufacturing team on fulfilling customer requirements
Requirement:
- Applicant must be Macau SAR permanent resident
- Degree holder in marketing, business administration or related discipline
- At least 3 years related experience in sales support and order administration function
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word applications
- Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking preferable
- Able to communicate independently with overseas customers
