| Responsibilities:
Report to Service Manager. Responsible for managing a team to under the functional units of Location’s Field Support Organization and field support functional units include field services, system support, outsourcing teams, workshop and configuration center or other as assigned by management. Ensure high quality of service delivery to our customers.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma of computer science or related subject
- Min 2 years solid experience in managing IT technical service team with responsibilities people management, customer account support and delivery processes management
- Solid knowledge on IT technology in the are of PC/Server/networking, or storage/security, or telecom/PABX
- Good computer, writing proposal and report skill
- Mature, self-motivated, good presentation and communication skill
- Proficiency in Mandarin and able to communicate in basic English
- Strong supervision skill, customer oriented, able to drive for performance
- Willing to work under pressure
