| Position Requirement: |
| Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquires and complaints so as to deliver good quality customer services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in credit card application process and clerical work.
- Review workflow & recommend improvement plan
- Streamline operations workflow to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate with internal and external parties on service enhancement projects
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- F.6 or above
- Independent, self-initiated, dynamic and resourceful to provide ideas for ongoing improvement of service level
- Hardworking, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability preferred
Applicants for the above positions must be proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English, and be competent in MS Office applications.
