| Position Requirement: |
| Role - To grow our New Project and Service business by selling service related products in developer, commercial, retail, residential and industrial markets with a desire to succeed in a competitive market; - Nurture our current client base, defend our existing account through good customer relationship and promote value of Otis brand and services to secure new account; - Review market data to formulate service sales strategy, develop sales proposals with a good understanding of comparative cost data, performance criteria and the confidence and ability to negotiate sometimes a complex and technical sale; - Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve well defined targets supporting growth of our Business; Requirements - Professional, aggressive, self motivated, customer focused and strong desire to succeed in a Sales management career; - Excellent communication & presentation skills in both English & Chinese and ability to use computer and other automated selling and reporting tools; - Have frontline sales experience of 5 or more in people management. Experience in lift industry is a definite advantage; - Degree in Marketing or equivalent discipline.
