Schiff Development is seeking a HR & Admin Manager with the following duties and requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage all HR activities including recruitment, compensation and benefits, staff relations, performance management
* Monitor all office administration activities including office maintenance, insurance, office supplies and equipment
* Coordinate with internal and external parties to deliver professional and effective human resources & administration practices
* Maintain and develop a thorough HR department procedures, policies and practices
* Lead the administration team to provide secretary support to the Chairman
* Assist in other adhoc assignments
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* University Bachelor's Degree or higher; preferred major is Business Administration
* Minimum 5 years HR & Admin experience of which 2 to 3 years at managerial level
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player
* Strong administration & organizational skills, excellent communication & negotiation skills
* Mature, initiative, independent with good leadership
* The ability to work under pressure
* Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
