Customer Service Engineer

KEY Activities

Responding to customer call-outs & daily maintenance;
Evaluating and troubleshooting;
Monitoring the performance of products;
Offering customer training and sale support;
Required to work inside the casino (Macau Only)

Qualifications / Experience required

Certificate/Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering,
Minimum 2 years working experience in field of engineering, with one year experience in automation system,

PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS

Good team player, communication skill and interpersonal skill, strength in process-minded and detailed-minded.
Independently working under pressure and able to meet deadline.
Willing to travel Mainland China and overseas.
