CoS/Chief of Staff wanted
Are you a strategic thinker with an exceptional ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes? We are searching for a Chief of Staff to join our dynamic leadership team in the media industry in Macau. The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of business operations and strategic planning in the media and/or gaming landscapes.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the right hand to our CEO, facilitating the execution of strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across all departments. Your duties will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from coordinating executive activities and managing critical projects to driving organizational efficiency and acting as a liaison between senior management and staff.
The role requires a minimum of 30 years corporate experience and/or 20 years gaming, IRs or casino experience. It also requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree with majors in journalism, marketing or advertising.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leadership roles, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to think critically and solve problems creatively. Experience in strategic planning, project management, and operational efficiency is a must.
