室內分佈系統維護技術主管 工作職責： - 制定日常代維管理計劃、負責代維月/年度考核
- 負責室分系統日常巡檢、斷站搶修
- 負責直放站網管監控，定期清理各類網元告警
- 負責室分新建工程的交維驗收工作
- 負責室分零星整改，包括天線增補、設備硬件擴容、天饋系統改造等，完成整改方案制定及實施
- 負責協調其它運營商處理共建室分網站的故障
- 定期提交工作計劃和工作進展報告
- 完成上級交辦的相關工作
職位要求： - 大學本科及以上學歷，通信類及相關專業
- 具備 3 年以上 4G/5G 網絡維護工作經驗
- 熟悉無線維護的工作內容及流程；熟悉無線設備，包括基站、機房、動力、配套等
- 熟悉室內分佈系統規劃設計、室分斷站及故障處理流程，熟悉室分干擾排查步驟，熟練使用Sitemaster 等儀器儀錶
- 熟悉直放站工作原理，具備直放站現場調試及故障排查能力，熟悉各種室分器件，具備室分設備及各級器件安裝和維護經歷
- 熟悉多運營商多網絡合路組網方式，熟悉高性能合路器及POI結構及原理，針對多網合路所引發的干擾問題，具備現場排查與解決能力
- 熟悉 5G/4G 移動網絡結構，對華為無線設備、京信/國人等直放站設備有較為深刻理解
- 熟悉各運營商的無線頻譜使用情況，熟悉 5G/4G 無線通訊基本原理與信令流程；熟悉 4G/5G 網絡相關通道及協定棧；熟悉 4G/5G 無線信令流程
- 具備電信運營商之間的日常工作協調和談判能力，要求具備英語讀寫及日常英語郵件能力
- 具有澳門本地電信運營商室分系統維護和 4N 共建共用工作經驗者優先
