項目經理 / 助理項目經理 職責內容： - 負責管理工程項目總體的質量、進度、成本和安全;
- 管理工程文件的編制和報審工作包括施工方案、材料報批和施工問題的提出等;
- 統籌和監督整體項目進度、確保供應商及分包進度符合項目要求。
- 管理項目上公司設備、人力資源及分包等的工作，確保項目完成符合預算要求；協調工程項目商務的工作，包括商議工程分包報價、審核供應商及分判的進度及工程款和對業主請款、後加報價文件等;
- 識別施工期間的技術問題、指導和解決相關問題、提供防範措施及新建造技術優化施工程序。
- 監督地盤施工安全和環境符合法例法規。
- 向公司管理層定期匯報項目情況，與公司與業主、監理、設計單位舉行定期會議；
技能要求： - 土木或建築工程相關大學本科或以上學歷
- 10年或以上建築工程相關經驗，具備總承建項目施工管理和監督經驗者優先考慮，較少者將安排面試高級或項目工程師職位
- 良好中，英文書寫及會話能力
- 具備AutoCAD、MS offices、MS project等工程管理軟件能力
