法律合規部
工作內容： - 協助研究與銀行有關之法例，為銀行合規經營提供意見及建議；
- 提供法律相關問題的諮詢服務；
- 起草、處理銀行對客戶及外部機構一般法律檔；
- 審查本行對客戶或由客戶發出之各類法律檔進行合規性審查；
- 適時地為銀行管理及業務操作、產品開拓及控管等提出法律範疇意見；
- 其他與法律相關之業務協助。
應聘條件： - 本科或以上學歷，主修法律相關專業優先
- 具金融行業法律、合規相關工作經驗優先
- 法律及合規專業知識紮實，熟悉金融法律、監管法規等法律法規
- 敬崗愛業、吃苦耐勞、良好團隊合作能力
- 具備良好文筆書寫能力
