· 維持店舖日常運作 · 管理同事日常工作 · 設定及達成公司定下的團隊銷售目標、個人KPI · 定期設定及調整店鋪策略 · 有效控制店鋪成本 · 定期開會檢討及匯報業績 · 貨場及倉存管理以確保存貨充足 · 員工更表安排
工作要求: · 流利廣東話、熟練的商業用普通話及英語 · 至少有3年或以上正鋪店鋪管理經驗 · 具優秀領導才能、卓越銷售及管理、培訓下屬技巧
