壽司師傅(超市) 工作職責：
- 負責壽司製作、處理刺身及預備食材
- 切割魚生/刺生
- 保持櫃位及廚房範圍清潔衛生，確保衛生情況符合標準
- 監控及確保食品保持新鮮，質素維持高水準
- 遵守所有衛生安全操作的標準
- 負責其他廚房相關職務
工作要求：
- 5年或以上日式料理經驗
- 熟悉製作及處理壽司及刺身
- 良好的團隊合作能力及積極的工作態度
- 良好粵語及普通話
- 熟悉相關的規範及處理食品技術和公司章程
- 需輪班輪休
