GRADUATE TRAINEE - LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS Responsibilities - Assist the Customer Services team to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaise with internal and external parties regarding logistics and warehousing issues
- Handle freight forwarding and supply chain requests and respond to customers’ enquiries
- Report the overall situation and provide suggestions to the upper
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements - Fresh graduate from reputable university
- Noticeable record of achievements either educational or other activities
- Self-motivated, possess positive attitude to change, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
- Hands on MS Office applications with high level of details
- Good in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Educational background in logistics (freight forwarding, supply chain) preferable but not required
