工作範圍:
- 管理停車場及泊車服務之日常運作
- 負責控制室之監控工作, 緊密監督各項服務運作, 確保運作暢順及服務質素
- 管理員工的工作表現, 確保他們提供優質服務給每位顧客
- 代表公司與店方協調及溝通
入職要求:
- 持工商管理或相關學科之證書
- 具5年工作經驗, 其中最少2年為 督導管理經驗
- 有酒店賓客服務或停車場管理經驗更佳
- 以客為本, 有領導才能及善與人溝通
- 操流利廣東話, 懂英語會話及普通話
- 能書寫中、英文及熟識中、英文電腦操作
- 8.5小時輪班工作
