• Act as the point of contact for Testing and Commissioning (T&C) and provide field support for trouble shooting for the assigned product lines in the field based on Company guidelines and Technical & Field Support Department advice

• Perform T&C duties on the job site

• Ensure the T&C assignments are completed based on Company standards

• Coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure a smooth delivery of the T&C services

• Responsible for managing the “Quality issues reporting and claim submission (QFF)”, spart parts and also field methodologies support for respective functions

• Conduct “Call Back Reliability Performance tracking (CBR6)” analysis and follow up other handover quality issues.

• Responsible for special engineering projects or technical assignments on designated jobs.

• Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer for the field staff

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

• Genuine interest in developing a career in the lift industry

• Strong self-motivation, with good communication, interpersonal, planning and organizational skills

• A quick / self learner who is willing to learn and take up challenges

• Flexibility in working in different locations

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Spoken Mandarin is an advantage

• Good Knowledge in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
