Responsibilities:

-Supporting Global capital market high frequency derivatives trade within distributed multi-server environment
-Provide professional support and analysis for traders at trading floor
-Track incidents and update clients on reported issues
-Verify reported issues and troubleshoot
-Timely communicate the technical issues with Australia and US development team
-Provide application support to clients in the region and identify root cause to problems
-Participate in system specification according to Client’s standard
-Plan and report on assigned tasks
-Review business requirements and provide constructive feedback
-Enhance support and operational procedures by streamlining processes and automation.
-Establish and maintain appropriate and effective communication with users, application teams, vendors and the global IT head office.
 

Overall Requirements:

-Bachelor degree graduate in Computer Science, from top-rated universities
-A minimum of 2 - 5 years’ specialized in Application support, systems development or production support and deployment
-Should be with sound knowledge about the capital markets
-With Front-office financial applications support exposure a definite asset
-Excellent Spoken English and all-rounded personal presence is highly preferred
-Foreign working / studing exposure should be an added value

Technical know-hows (some of the below)
-Patsystems, Sungard/ GL, Fidessa, RTS, Reuters, Bloomberg
-Java, Perl , Delphi, VBA, SQL, Spring, Hibernate
 

Market Knowledge in..(Some of the below):

-Capital Market, Investment trading platforms, Derivatives, Credit Risk , Analytics, Liquidity, Equity, Swap, Options, Futures , market making applications
