| Position Requirement: |
| Responsibilities:
To provide general QS services
Responsible for claims & VO handling and settlement of final accounts
To prepare cost estimates, tenders and contract documents
Requirements:
Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
2 years relevant experience in interior fitting-out/ large scale projects
Familiar in cost control, pricing of variation, measurement of fitting-out works, tendering, budgeting and contract administration
Experience in claims handling, cost and contract management is definitely an advantage
On site experience is preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in English and Chinese
Less experience will consider as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Fresh graduate will also be considered
