參與維京文化及BIGUI工作室等所屬品牌的品牌拓展及品牌價值增長工作。協助團隊對外訴說品牌故事，併發起對外品牌間合作，並最終促成於企業對外商務合作和價值增長。
基礎要求：
強
在營銷和品牌價值拓展相關領域有過可被證明的突出成績、經驗和業績。有明確過人的業務實力和思路。
狂
確保品牌輸出猛烈。能夠協助團隊對外、對內樹立品牌堅強自信和傳播力，並狂熱於所從事事業和所屬品牌。
專
專業經驗明確，品牌專業技能完整而優秀。瞭解影響力的基本構成因素和手法。
穩
心態良好，團隊協作性好，靈活及適應性強，對於創業性團隊工作狀態能有優秀的包容性以及由此而來的心態穩定性。
業務大致描述（因應個人背景和特長情況，入職後進行具體明確）：
1、 涉及品牌營銷、市場商務資源拓展兩個主方向。細節如：公關事宜，對外稿件、媒體合作洽談。能通過資源整合、置換、渠道拓展、品牌聯合等方式，協助團隊進行品牌和商務拓展。
2、參與公司整體傳播策略的制定，社會化營銷及執行，包括：話題、活動、事件策劃及文案、官方微博微信運營。通過日常傳播獲取品牌形象擴大增值。
3、 策劃執行線上、線下活動以及對方發起合作，舉辦新聞發佈會、宣講會、客戶活動等。
4、 確保與傳統和新媒體的公關合作，拓展及維護媒體關係。定期策劃投放新聞稿件。?
本崗位價值衡量方向，是絕對性目標導向的。通過在品牌拓展和品牌知名度提升、以及商業價值和商務合作密度拓展層面，來設計目標方向和價值體現衡量方式。可允許參與者自我獨立設計kpi目標和價值成果衡量。
本崗位可在團隊內關聯及跨界於銷售和BD型工作，具體安排可根據個人背景設定或設計。 |
