Responsibilities 職責

• Ensures all staff's grooming and behaviour up to company standard and brand image.
• 確保店鋪員工的儀容儀錶和行為舉止符合公司標準與品牌形象。
• Ensures that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards and that the Staff is aware of this standard.
• 確保店鋪形象符合公司標準，所有員工清楚知曉公司標準。
• Guarantees excellent customer service including welcome and treatments and supervises sales to ensure customer satisfaction and that the qualitative standards required by our brand are maintained.
• 確保在迎賓、接待客人等環節提供優質的客戶服務，指導銷售人員確保客戶滿意，並達到我們品牌的品質標準。
• Ensures that the Store windows are always in place and sets up the layout of the Store according to the Company directions (through photo book).
• 確保店鋪櫥窗陳列、店內物品陳列符合公司（圖冊）指引。
• Ensures that all delicate situations regarding customer complaints and the overall sales process are dealt with accordingly.
• 確保所有與客戶投訴以及銷售流程相關的棘手問題得到妥善處理。
• Ensures that the network of external relations expands and that relations with traditional partners and prestigious people are maintained in order to promote customer loyalty, especially with Top Clients and VIPs.
• 確保外部客戶關係網絡的持續拓展，以及既有合夥人及社會名流的關係維護，從而進一步提升客戶忠誠度，尤其是重要客人及VIP客戶。
• Supervises warehouse stock and verifies that it is in line with the Store’s sales potential and reports to Merchandising accordingly.  
• 監管倉庫庫存，確保庫存與店鋪銷售潛力相一致，並與總部採購部及時溝通。
• Optimises warehouse management in order to make the stocking of goods as efficient as possible in terms of sales.
• 優化倉庫管理，確保存貨有效的供應銷售。    
• Constantly update fashion trends, knows and monitors competitor information and communicates with the Staff.
• 隨時瞭解最新的時裝潮流資訊，瞭解競爭品牌資訊，並同員工進行分享溝通。

Management 管理

• Supports the recruitment process for Store personnel.
• 協助招聘店鋪人員。
• Creates a team and make sure that this team is always motivated and competent.
• 創建團隊並協調他們的工作，不斷激勵團隊並確保團隊能力。
• Ensures professional growth by constantly stimulating them to be up-to-date in the Fashion industry.
• 通過不斷激勵員工持續更新時尚行業的資訊，確保員工專業素養的持續提高。
• Defines quantitative and qualitative objectives and ensures the achievement by analyzing results, verifying monthly activities and conducting performance management.
• 制定定性定量指標，並通過分析銷售業績、評估每月活動及年度績效管理等方式確保指標的達成。
• Organizes and plans the activities providing available resources to manage the expected workload.
• 組織計畫相關活動，合理規劃可用資源以完成預計的工作量。
• Keeps staff informed at all times regarding Store performance through the necessary tools agreed on with the Retail Manager.
• 運用零售經理許可的必要溝通工具，及時告知員工店鋪業績狀況。
• Ensures that the laws & regulations as well as company management policy & procedures are applied with the support of Company.
• 在公司支援下，確保勞動法律法規及公司管理制度和流程得到有效執行。
• Applies all the necessary measures to ensure the safety of both personnel and customers as well as the products and all valuable materials in the store along with the Warehouse.
• 採取一切必要措施保證員工和客人、店內及倉庫產品和其他貴重物品的安全。
• Deals with administration and accounting responsibilities.
• 負責店鋪行政及財務管理。
• Reports all the relevant information to the Company.
• 向公司彙報相關資訊。
• Manages inventory activities taking into account related inventory results and verifies the correct rotation of the goods in the warehouse.
• 管理庫存，監管核實倉庫貨品的正確流轉。
