| Position Requirement: |
工作職責：
- 負責制定公司風險合規制度並組織實施，監察執行情況，持續監督政策和程序的完善，以確保遵從有關法例及監管規定；
- 監督機構管理資訊系統、大額或不尋常交易、及前線職員工作及操守；
- 對公司異常交易進行監控和管理，處理不良業務；
- 定期進行合規檢查和評估，撰寫內 / 外部評估報告；
- 參與與政府監察機關、外部律師、法律及審查顧問的聯繫；
- 對監管機構之條款制定相關的公司內部培訓並執行。
職位要求：
- 大學畢業或以上，主修法律、金融學等相關專業；
- 具6年或以上金融機構或大型企業風險合規管理經驗，當中不少於3年管理經驗；
- 良好的中、英文書寫表達能力；
- 熟悉金融體系法律制度；
- 具有較強的邏輯思維、創新進取意識、風險意識及法律合規分析能力；
- 良好的獨立處事能力、溝通表達能力和計劃執行力；
- 良好的人際關係及職業操守，廉潔公正，工作主動積極。
